Main responsibilities in the role
Working in an agile environment, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the involvement of each team member in the project and overcoming obstacles together
- Making the team autonomous, developing their creativity and cohesion
- Ensuring the well-being of each team member
- Being the protector and facilitator of the team
- Maintaining a good relationship with the Product Owner
- Promoting communication with all stakeholders
- Leading ceremonies: agile retrospectives, daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint reviews, etc.
Education and Experience:
- At least one successful initial experience as a scrum master
- Good knowledge of different agile tools
- Scrum certification
- Professional English
