🎓 Graduated from a business or HR program (Master), you have at least 1 year of experience in Human Resources or Talent Management.

🗣️ You are fluent in Italian (mandatory) and English.

As a HR Business partner within our Milan agency, you’ll play a key role in attracting and selecting the best talents to support our clients’ growth.

You’ll be fully responsible for managing the recruitment process from A to Z:

Recruitment:

  • Identify, source, and interview top IT talents.
  • Partner with business managers to understand their needs and ensure the perfect match between candidates and projects.
  • Create an exceptional candidate experience from the first contact to onboarding.

Talent Development:

  • Follow up with your consultants during their assignments and support them in their career growth at Extia.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with our business teams to align recruitment strategies and market insights.
