Key Requirements:

  • Design, configuration, implementation, and customization of ServiceNow modules (e.g., Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Service Catalog).

  • Scripting & Development Skills.

  • Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs for integrations.

  • Understanding of ServiceNow’s scripting APIs (Glide, Business Rules, Client Scripts, etc.).

  • ITSM/ITIL Knowledge.

We are currently seeking a ServiceNow Developer/Support Specialist to join our Global Support Center team. This role is instrumental in enhancing the efficiency of issue resolution and knowledge management across multiple operational environments.

The Global Support Center plays a key role in streamlining the tracking and resolution of reported incidents while building a rich knowledge base from historical cases. By leveraging past solutions and troubleshooting insights, the team enables continuous service improvement across airport and cargo-related operations.

Main responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow to meet business needs.
  • Workflow development and CI class creation/modification.
  • Development of REST/SOAP web services (considered a plus).
  • Working with JavaScript, XML, HTML, Web Services, and other development technologies.
  • Providing technical input on ServiceNow capabilities and best practices.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues reported by clients.
  • Identifying and applying system modifications, corrections, and upgrades.
  • Applying ITIL principles (if experienced) for incident, problem, and change management.
