We are looking for a Senior Python Developer who thrives on building scalable, reliable back-end systems and leading technical initiatives. You are the right fit if you have:

Extensive Experience: 5+ years of hands-on software development experience, with a deep mastery of Python and the Django framework (including Django REST Framework).

System Architect Mindset: Proven expertise in designing RESTful APIs, architecting scalable web applications, and modeling relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).

**Code Quality Advocate: **A champion for clean, maintainable code, test-driven development (pytest, unittest), and rigorous peer code reviews.

Problem Solver: Strong understanding of asynchronous processing (Celery, Redis), caching strategies, and performance optimization techniques.

**DevOps Knowledge: **Hands-on experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Collaborative Leader: An empathetic communicator who enjoys mentoring junior/mid-level engineers, partnering with product managers, and driving technical decisions across cross-functional teams.

As a** Senior Python Developer** on our engineering team, you will shape our core platform architecture and deliver high-impact features. Your daily responsibilities will include:

**Design & Build: **Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of complex back-end services and microservices using Python and Django.

API Development: Design, build, and maintain robust, secure, and well-documented RESTful APIs to support web and mobile applications.

Optimize Performance: Identify performance bottlenecks in our database queries, backend endpoints, and async tasks to maintain low latency and high scalability.

**Establish Standards: **Set back-end architectural patterns, write clean and well-tested code, and enforce engineering best practices across the team.

**Collaborate & Mentor: **Work closely with product managers, frontend engineers, and UX designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions while guiding and mentoring fellow developers.

**Maintain Platform Health: **Monitor system stability, debug production issues, and participate in technical strategy and sprint planning discussions.
