What You’ll Do:

  • Design, develop, and maintain business applications using Power Platform (Power Apps – Canvas & Model Driven, Power Automate, Dataverse, AI Builder)
  • Define and implement Power Platform architectures aligned with banking and regulatory constraints
  • Design, develop, and maintain Custom Connectors
  • Implement and operate On-Premises Data Gateway for secure integrations with on-prem systems
  • Ensure quality, performance, security, governance, and accessibility of delivered solutions
  • Contribute to all project phases: scoping, design, development, deployment, and production support
  • Define and enforce development standards, security, DLP policies, ALM, and environment strategies
  • Perform architecture guidance and solution validation
  • Contribute to innovation and technology watch by analyzing new Power Platform features
  • Build Proofs of Concept (POCs) and assess relevance in a banking context
  • Help grow and structure the internal Power Platform community

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate)
  • Proven experience with Power Apps Model-Driven Apps
  • Experience delivering complex, enterprise-scale projects
  • Strong experience with Custom Connectors and On-Premises Data Gateway
  • Good knowledge of SharePoint
  • Knowledge of JavaScript and/or TypeScript and/or React and/or C#
  • Expertise in Power BI, Copilot Studio, and Power Automate Desktop (plus)
  • Fluent English (minimum B2)
  • French is a plus
