Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced OpenShift System Administrator to join our infrastructure team and play a key role in managing and maintaining our container orchestration platform. The successful candidate will work across multiple teams to ensure the reliability, security, and performance of the OpenShift environment while aligning with broader IT and business requirements.

This position involves managing OpenShift clusters, storage infrastructure, and network components while supporting automation, compliance, and operational efficiency across a dynamic and evolving infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot Red Hat OpenShift clusters.
  • Maintain and manage Storage Servers and SAN switches.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement business and technical requirements, including security, compliance, and network needs.
  • Ensure high availability, optimal performance, and security across OpenShift environments.
  • Leverage automation platforms to manage infrastructure changes and ensure consistency.
  • Apply security best practices and compliance controls to all aspects of the OpenShift environment.

Required Technical Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in OpenShift administration.
  • In-depth understanding of the design, implementation, and operations of OpenShift platforms.
  • Strong experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools and development pipelines.
  • Experience with infrastructure automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform, or similar).
  • Solid knowledge of storage systems and managing SAN infrastructure.
  • Understanding of networking topologies and core infrastructure services (DNS, DHCP, load balancing, etc.).
