What You’ll Do

  • Support the implementation and maintenance of network security solutions.
  • Contribute to network security projects, ensuring tasks are completed within deadlines.
  • Manage and follow up on incidents and service requests, ensuring proper resolution and communication with clients.
  • Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot firewalls in enterprise environments.
  • Work with Fortinet technologies, including FortiGate, for configuration, maintenance, and issue resolution.
  • Assist in identifying and resolving network security issues and vulnerabilities.
  • Ensure service quality and continuity for client environments.
  • Contribute to process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.

What We’re Looking For

  • Hands-on experience in network security operations
  • Strong experience with firewalls (Fortinet / FortiGate preferred)
  • Good knowledge of network security concepts (VPNs, NAT, routing, etc.)
  • Experience in incident management and ticketing tools
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English
  • French is a plus
