  • A seasoned TechLead Full Stack with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a dedicated leadership capacity.
  • A strategic architect with deep proficiency in both front-end and back-end technologies, capable of implementing complex design principles like Hexagonal Architecture, CQRS, and Microservices.
  • A DevOps-minded engineer who possesses a strong understanding and practical application of automation and containerization.
  • A quality-focused mentor proficient in modern testing frameworks (Selenium, Cucumber, Mockito, JUnit) to ensure robust software delivery.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the technical vision and development of full-stack applications, leveraging extensive experience in Java and core frameworks like Spring Boot, Spring Batch, and Spring Integration.
  • Design and implement scalable architectures using Microservices, ETL, and Gang of Four (GOF) Design Patterns.
  • Orchestrate and manage infrastructure by utilizing Kubernetes, Jenkins, Docker, OpenShift, and Git to drive DevOps excellence.
  • Develop high-performance front-end interfaces with a primary focus on React (potentially with Redux) or Angular.
  • Manage complex data environments, demonstrating expertise in Oracle databases, including high proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL.
  • Ensure code reliability and security by enforcing rigorous testing standards and high-quality development practices.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in a technical leadership role.
  • Strong Backend expertise in Java (Spring Boot ecosystem).
  • Proven Frontend experience in React or Angular.
  • Extensive DevOps experience with Kubernetes, OpenShift, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Deep Database knowledge specifically with Oracle and PL/SQL.
  • Architecture fluency in Hexagonal, CQRS, and Microservices patterns.
