What You'll Do:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, market trends, and requirements to support the implementation of effective strategies.
  • Collaborate with French-speaking stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate complex business needs into clear functional specifications.
  • Design and develop business solutions that drive organizational success while ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Create detailed documentation and technical specifications in both French and English to ensure alignment across all project phases.
  • Support the delivery of business solutions by contributing to scoping, design, development, and deployment.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying challenges and recommending innovative solutions to enhance business outcomes.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution design.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
  • Strong documentation skills, ensuring high-quality, precise communication for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Multicultural engagement skills, leveraging language and cultural awareness to manage French-speaking clients and partners.
  • Technical literacy, including a familiarity with how data and technical architectures support business objectives.
