Reporting to the ADV lead, the ADV officer (administrative manager) you will be responsible for a portfolio of accounts for our international agencies:
- Managing international customer accounts: opening, checking and updating accounts.: opening, checking and updating accounts;
- Management assignments: creating assignments, entering, validating and monitoring application contracts, updating data (rate changes, etc.), creating assignment orders, etc;
- Subcontractor management: create accounts, manage contracts, validate invoices, manage contracts and orders, check charges to be billed to the customer, manage paper activity reports;
- Invoice and monitor of outstanding payments: preparation of invoices, validation of invoices and associated supporting documents, debt collection, monitoring of payments.
