Then what

Based in our Lisbon office and coached by an HR Manager, you’ll be involved in all stages of recruiting our IT consultants for our Business manager in Zurich.

Our goal is to help you develop your skills so that you can quickly take on more responsibility and manage your recruitments fully autonomously.

🎯 After a few weeks of training, your main missions will include:

Identifying recruitment needs with the business team (#businesspartner)
Sourcing and identifying high-potential profiles through LinkedIn hunting, job boards, and applications
Qualifying candidates by phone according to our recruitment criteria
Conducting interviews
Following up with candidates throughout the entire recruitment process
Building a pool of available and motivated candidates

✨ Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to get involved in:

Career management of the consultants you recruit,
Various ongoing HR projects (e.g. redesigning interview forms, creating and writing job ads, skills management, job descriptions, HRIS...).
