Reporting to the ADV lead, the ADV officer (administrative manager) will be responsible for a portfolio of accounts for our international agencies: 🤝 Managing international customer accounts: opening, checking and updating accounts.: opening, checking and updating accounts 💼 Management assignments: creating assignments, entering, validating and monitoring application contracts, updating data (rate changes, etc.), creating assignment orders, etc. 📑 Invoice and monitor of outstanding payments: preparation of invoices, validation of invoices and associated supporting documents, debt collection, monitoring of payments.
