Responsibilities
- Define, formalize, and validate the requirements cooperating with the stakeholder involved, complying with company’s current best practices, and ensuring appropriate solution arising from the business need.
- Support the business in carrying out user tests.
- Solutions business impact assessment and develop consistent action plans.
- Share knowledge of their area of expertise and provide functional support.
Skills needed
- 5+ years of experience with IT projects as a Business Analyst.
- Experience in analysing and translating user needs in detailed functional specifications.
- Experience in banking projects it's a must.
- Ability to effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process improvements and operational decisions.
- Experience testing and mapping various business processes and protocols.
- Knowledge of the DB2 relational database management system, language and associated tools (SQL, Platinum, SPUFI, etc.).
- French conversational.
