  • Enable image and diagram embedding via secure uploads or approved URLs.

  • Implement template-based policy creation using predefined content blocks.

  • Develop an annotation system for comments, inline suggestions, and revisions.

  • Design a configurable, multi-stage approval workflow with deadlines and automated escalations.

  • Support emergency approval paths with appropriate override permissions.

  • Implement policy acknowledgement features and comprehensive attestation tracking.

  • Build and maintain an attestation management module for organization-wide compliance reporting.
