What You'll Do:

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust business applications using Java.
  • Implement and operate scalable cloud solutions within GCP or AWS environments.
  • Ensure quality, performance, and security of delivered solutions across the full application stack.
  • Contribute to all project phases, from initial scoping and design through to deployment and production support.
  • Define and enforce backend development best practices and coding standards.
  • Contribute to innovation by leveraging AI assistants and automation tools to optimize the development lifecycle.
  • Build Proofs of Concept (POCs) to validate new features or architectural improvements.

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Strong experience with Java.
  • Solid experience with TypeScript and a strong understanding of backend architecture.
  • Proven experience working in full-stack environments with the ability to contribute to frontend code as needed.
  • Experience with Cloud Platforms (GCP or AWS).
  • Proficiency with AI development tools (e.g., code assistants, automation tools); candidates must be able to clearly indicate their usage and proficiency level.
