Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.

  • 4+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, and project management platforms (e.g., JIRA, Trello).

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into actionable insights and solutions. Your work will directly influence strategic decisions, improve operational efficiency, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.

  • Translate business needs into clear, functional specifications for development teams.

  • Conduct market and data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, IT, Finance, and Operations.

  • Create process models, workflows, use cases, and reports to support decision-making.

  • Assist in the development of project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

  • Monitor the implementation of solutions and provide post-launch support and analysis.

  • Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
