You will be involved in the administrative management of our employees as well as sales administration. You will work across the following areas:
1/ Personnel Administration:
1️⃣ Manage employee onboarding and offboarding
2️⃣ Draft employment contracts and amendments
3️⃣ Declare employees to relevant bodies: health insurance, provident fund, URSSAF, etc.
4️⃣ Maintain employee records throughout their journey within the company
5️⃣ Respond to all administrative/HR-related inquiries
6️⃣ Schedule and follow up on medical check-ups (appointments, communication with the provider, etc.)
2/ Sales Administration:
1️⃣ Client Account Management:
Opening client accounts
Verifying and updating client information
2️⃣ Mission Management:
Creating assignments in our software
Entering, validating, and monitoring project-specific contracts
Updating data (rate changes, etc.)
Issuing mission orders
3️⃣ Invoicing and Debt Collection:
Preparing invoices
Validating invoices and related supporting documents
Monitoring payments and managing collections
