Then what

We are currently seeking a Cybersecurity Officer to join the CISO AI & Data team, where you'll help define and implement cybersecurity governance for AI and IT innovation activities across the organization.

**Key Responsibilities: **

  • Contribute to the design and implementation of cybersecurity policies and organizational guidelines.

  • Analyze security risks across technologies (e.g., data, identity & access, cloud) and propose effective mitigation strategies.

  • Support IT innovation teams (A3I) in aligning with internal security requirements and frameworks.

  • Collaborate with cybersecurity and IT stakeholders across the Group.

  • Monitor action plans, provide guidance, and ensure compliance with governance standards.

  • Assist the CISO in managing AI & Data Cybersecurity governance and preparing strategic committee sessions.

  • Maintain a comprehensive application inventory including risk assessments, documentation, and pentest results.

  • Coordinate with IT Risk Officers to update legacy systems (e.g., ServiceNow, CMDB, GRC).

  • Review staff access requests and contribute to solution risk assessments.

  • Develop performance indicators, dashboards, and reporting tools for cybersecurity monitoring.

Technical Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in cybersecurity.

  • Strong knowledge of IT risk analysis and governance.

  • Familiarity with NIST, ISO 27001, and cyber risk methodologies such as EBIOS RM.

  • Understanding of infrastructure and cloud security.

  • Awareness of AI technologies and their cybersecurity implications.
