Profile: You are a student in Business, Marketing, or Communications looking for high-impact sales experience alongside your studies.

Mindset: You have a "hunter" mentality. You are energetic, possess excellent verbal communication skills, and are not afraid to pick up the phone to open new doors.

Resilience: You are persistent. For you, a "no" is simply a stepping stone toward the next "yes."

Curiosity: You are interested in the IT and digital sectors and want to master the art of the commercial pitch.

Availability: You are ready to commit 20 hours per week starting in mid-August.

Reporting to a Business Manager, you will play a crucial role in Extia Montreal’s growth by focusing on opportunity generation. Your mission is centered on high-volume, high-quality sales production:

1. Prospecting and Hunting:

Identify key decision-makers within strategic accounts (CTOs, IT Directors, HR Leaders).

Execute multi-channel prospecting strategies, including cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach.

2. Qualification and Booking:

Conduct impactful initial conversations to qualify prospect needs.

Secure qualified meetings for the senior sales team.

Promote Extia’s expertise and values to potential new clients.

3. Performance Tracking:

Maintain rigorous CRM records and manage your prospecting pipeline.

Collaborate with the team to refine scripts and sales methods.
