As a true entrepreneur within your agency in Milan, your mission will be to develop your own portfolio. You'll be fully responsible for your scope:

Business Development: Prospect and acquire new client. Identify their technical needs and propose tailor-made consulting solutions.

Recruitment: Identify and recruit the best talents (engineers, IT consultants, etc.) who will deliver on client projects.

Management: Support and manage your team of consultants throughout their assignments and career paths at Extia.
