Key Requirements

Experience: 3–5+ years as a Business Analyst or Project Manager in IT consulting or complex corporate environments.

ServiceNow Expertise: Proven track record in ServiceNow development or integration projects.

Methodologies: Proficiency in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall frameworks.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with requirements management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).

Stakeholder Management: Exceptional ability to interface with both business executives and technical teams.
