Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level technical support and consultancy for network and security infrastructures. Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot firewalls, switches, and core network security devices. Manage and support technologies from Cisco, Forcepoint, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Juniper, and CheckPoint. Ensure all systems comply with ISO/IEC 27001 security standards and industry best practices. Perform risk assessments and contribute to the continuous improvement of security policies and procedures. Partner with internal and group teams to resolve complex technical issues efficiently. Maintain rigorous documentation of configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps.
Key Requirements
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in network and security support or consulting. Strong knowledge of firewalls, switches, and complex network architectures. Proven experience with Cisco, Forcepoint, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Juniper, and Check Point products. Familiarity with information security standards, specifically ISO 27001. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to troubleshooting. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Nice to Have
Experience in log analysis and SIEM platforms (e.g., Splunk, QRadar, Sentinel).
