But what exactly will you be doing? 🧐
1/ Business Development:
Grow the commercial activity in the Milan market: prospecting, client meetings, and building your own client portfolio.
Manage and retain a portfolio of major clients : client relations, negotiation, understanding needs, and ensuring client satisfaction.
2/ Recruitment:
You’ll work closely with the HR team.
You'll be in charge of interviewing future consultants, ensuring they are matched with projects that perfectly align with their skills and aspirations.
3/ Management:
You’ll be responsible for managing and retaining your team of consultants.
