You will join our AI & Analytics department, working in close synergy with Data Engineering, IT, and key Business Units. You will be part of a young, "natively digital" environment focused on technological experimentation.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct proactive research into new AI solutions and emerging market technologies. You will be responsible for creating Proof of Concepts (PoC), testing identified solutions, and managing their sharing and integration into business processes. Provide technical support to AI figures and internal stakeholders across Finance, Claims , IT, and Underwriting, optimizing existing workflows through advanced modeling.
Key Requirements
At least 2-3 years in similar roles (AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or Data Scientist). Strong technical competence in AI architectures and Machine Learning models. Mastery of Python and its primary data manipulation libraries. Proven experience in training "smart" libraries and implementing solutions based on LLMs and Generative AI. Experience working within agile, cross-functional teams to deliver result-oriented technical solutions.
